About Salud

A bar worth building the room around.

Salud Exclusive is a mobile bar service for events where the drinks — and the bar they come from — are expected to be part of the design.

Section: Our approach

We were hired for the bar, not just the bartenders.

A bar can be a folding table in the corner or it can be the thing guests photograph before they have taken their coats off. Salud exists for the second kind. We bring the bar itself — built, dressed and lit to sit inside the room’s design — along with the team who run it.

Cocktails are built to a spec rather than improvised. Garnish is prepared on site: cucumber ribbons cut and threaded, citrus dehydrated, herbs picked fresh. Glassware is chosen to suit the event rather than whatever fits in the crate. It is slower to set up, and it is the reason the drinks look the way they do.

And then there is the part that makes people stop: we print logos, artwork and photographs directly onto the surface of the drink. For a wedding it is a monogram. For a brand it means every guest photographs the identity without being asked to.

Section: What that looks like

The details guests never name but always notice.

  • Fresh garnish, prepared on site

Not pre-cut and not from a jar. Herbs, citrus and ribbons are prepped in front of you before service.

  • Glassware chosen for the event

Coupes, ribbed rocks, textured tumblers — matched to the drink and to the room rather than to the van.

  • A bar that is dressed, not delivered

Facades, florals and signage worked into the build so the bar reads as part of the design.

  • Bartenders who work a room

Uniformed and trained. The queue keeps moving and the bar stays clean all night.
