Booking terms not yet written — required before launch. Deposit amounts, payment schedules and the other commercial terms of a booking are binding commitments and have deliberately not been drafted here. They must come from the business and be reviewed by a lawyer. Cancellations and refunds are published separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer or a quotation. Pricing and availability are confirmed individually in writing.
Booking terms
To be provided by the business. Must cover at minimum: what confirms a booking, deposit amount and when it is due, the balance payment schedule, minimum guest counts or service hours, travel charges, what the client must provide at the venue, liability, and alcohol licensing responsibilities in each area served.
Payments
To be provided by the business. Must cover: accepted payment methods, when payment is due, and what happens if a payment fails.
