What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and the event information you provide — date, location, guest count, event type, and any message or branding notes you add.
We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The IP address itself is never stored in a readable form; the hash exists only so we can identify and block abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss and arrange bar service for your event. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Payments
If you pay through a link we send you, card details are entered directly into a payment form hosted by Authorize.net and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We retain only a record of the transaction: the amount, its status, the card brand and the last four digits. We never store full card numbers or security codes.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie used is a session cookie for the private administrator area, which is not set for ordinary visitors.
